Sheets dirty, only bedding on the bed was a thin blanket and 2 sheets. Pool unsure, I and another guest fell getting into it as guard is loose and step slippy. Housekeeping when told come back later never came back. No fridge in room. Also never got full deposit back without any explanation.

I need to make this clear. The staff was great. Friendly, helpful....top notch. But the hotel rooms are in need of attention. Carpets bad, beds in bad shape, ac/heat units very noisy. Very disappointed, as we stay in Hyatts exclusively in the Chicago area and often. The "temporarily" closed hot tub has been non working for 2 years.

Air conditioning wasn’t on had to switch rooms because the first night was really hot. Had no temperature control potential from our room. A lot of things were broken in the hotel room, like hinges on cabinets and stuff, the breakfast staff tried to charge us for breakfast, even though I had included breakfast in our stay she didn’t believe me at first and Hassle me about it a couple times I tried to take food to my wife in our room who is working and staff told me I couldn’t take a plate. I had to ensure her that I would bring the plate back before she would let me take it, which seems effing crazy. Overall, this day was not great. The hotel was hot and muggy, especially on the third floor. A lot of things were broken. The freezer was set to frozen and froze my milk the first night All in all I give this hotel two thumbs down

The service desk people are the worst. I forgot my jacket and called them to find if they can return and these people are the most rude and unhelpful and disrespectful people I have seen in the service industry. I don’t think they understand they are in service people industry

I stayed four nights at the property on business. There seemed to have a party the day/night before. Trash can over flowing with garbage and boxes. The floor I stayed at still have confettis on the floor for days, seemed that cleaning crew didnt start working til tuesday. The building is dated. Faucet leaking. I do not seemed to mind all these because I was there for business. For sure lots of room for improvement.

Older hotel, needs serious TLC and upgrades.

Hotel is really getting run down. Been staying here for about 10 years. Has been going downhill for a while, but this trip pretty much will stop me from coming back. AC didnt work, no hot water, coffee pot was broke. Horrible cigarette smell, and not just like someone sneaked a cig in the room. It was like it was 1975 and everyone was smoking in the hotel. It seems to becoming almost a transient hotel, lots of people seemed to be long term guest. A few positives, bed is comfortable, good shower pressure, but no hot water this time, rooms have a good layout. Sitting area and desk seperate from bed. Good for business traveler. Its cheap, but their is a reason why

Convenient to highway and area amenities. Hotel is a little outdated but room sizes are generous and have a seating area. Unusual for breakfast not to be included with a hotel. If I’m spending money to eat out it won’t be at the hotel.
