Nice staff, pleasant attitude. When we checked in, Austin at the front was very helpful and gave us dining suggestions in the area. Interacted with housekeeping, requesting towels; also happy to assist. Employees at the onsite Starbucks were also very easy to work with. Big hotel. Lots of lobby space. Lots of free parking in back of hotel. Room booked was 2 full beds. I booked it so long ago the only reason I could think of getting two beds was because it was probably cheaper than the

Horrible beds and pillows for the price range. There is a mall literally across the main road about 3 minute drive. There are plenty of restaurants in the area with a sports bar and a steak house right next to the hotel. Olive Garden is also about a five minute walk.

Everything about this hotel is OK, except for the front desk staff who are amazing. The HVAC system was not working properly in my room, resulting in a rattling/grinding sound all night. Gym is pretty good if a bit cozy.
