Room was clean and staff were friendly with check-in and giving me extra pillows. The bed was comfortable. The hotel ia in the heart of chinatown with great restaurants, pretty conveniently walkable to McCormick center. Overall very happy with my stay here.

Jaslin hotel is located at a convenient location surrounded by Asian eateries. It’s close to bus and subway stops. The staff was most helpful although the phone in the room doesn’t work

It was overall OK. There are many dining options because it is in China Town. You can get any supply such as water, toothpaste etc at the drug store very near to the hotel. Room was little bit small but overall OK. Pricewise, it was OK.

Amazing property if you want something a little cheaper but still only 15min away from downtown. Nice and renovated hotel without any issues. Patricia at the front desk was very helpful and all staff overall was great. I will be coming back to Jaslin next year for my marathon weekend!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, we had a lovely stay. The hotel is conveniently located and it only takes 15 minutes to get to downtown via the subway. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Chicago.

Small rooms, no where to put clothes (no dresser). Ironing board broken and stains on iron damaged my wifes dress. No parking or even comp parking. There are better options.
