The room was nice sized with a fantastic huge window seat looking at the city. The toiletries smelled delicious. Nice extras like robes, and a fun coffee/latte machine. The front desk people were efficient and friendly. And really a fabulous location.

Nice large room and a great location next to the river. I'd stayed previously, but had not been back under the new ownership. It was a snowy day when I entered, the moment i checked in I was handed warm towels to dry off, I thought it was a very nice touch. I thought the rooms were very nicely done, there were large and full of light. If you walk a lot, it's a great location to get around to different places. However Ubers are just as easy. Lots of restaurants in the area. I prefer the previous lobby design, but I liked the current rooms redesign. Definitely would stay here again.

L7 is always excellent. I chose this hotel because I stayed at their location in Seoul last year and loved it. They provide high quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and even face masks to use. They also provided warm towels with lavender oil for guests coming in from the cold, which was a lifesaver. There were also space heaters in the room. The view from my room was incredible and the TV was simple to connect to my phone to watch my own streaming services. I will definitely come back here for future stays!
