This hotel was nearly perfect! Great staff. Great location. Clean. My only complaint was the ice machine was broken on our floor. We reported it to staff 3 separate occasions and it wasn’t fixed in the 5 days we were there. Hotel is located on a busy street so there is some noise but if that Doesn't bother you… this is perfect. Very walkable location! The staff there are fantastic. From the moment you walk in until the moment you leave. They understand the assignment. Highly recommend.

Great hotel! Will definitely stay there again. The bellman were wonderful. Only detractor was check in. At 4:00 our room still wasn’t ready. If we wanted to get into a room, we had to pay for an upgrade. We paid it because we didn’t want to wait any longer, but it would have been nice if we were not charged only because they were not ready. Besides that, it was a great stay.

I recently stayed at LondonHouse. From the first staff greeting us and taking our luggage to the hotel’s front desk, I found courteous staff who were pleasant and very helpful. My room was beautifully appointed and had an excellent view of the river and downtown area. Housekeeping kept it clean and supplies and toiletries were well stocked. I ate at the Land and Lake restaurant and enjoyed the LondonHouse Fall Tea on Saturday. From the first day to the last, my stay at LondonHouse was quite enjoyable!
