A-OK stay

Walking distance to Magnificent Mile store. Across the street from the Drake. Really nice, quiet and safe. Stayed 5 nights. No ice machines. Need to ask for ice at front desk. Charges 100 in collateral per night. Kinda steep if you are staying multiple nights. Still didn’t have it refunded after a couple of weeks. Breakfast was not editable for us. We are lucky to not have to eat the free breakfast. Fold out bed needed to request a duvet because it was not provided after requesting linens to use. They said they don’t usually provide that. Only provided strange foam/cheap blanket besides sheets. I would stay here again if I was on a budget in light of knowing what I know. Otherwise friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Good location.

We had a 2 bedroom suite that was spacious and very comfortable. The customer service needs some improvement. We arrived on Sunday around noon and wanted to park the car and drop our bags. The woman at the desk was very cold and not very helpful. She told me the price for the valet parking and I said ok and she just looked at me. I had to pull it out of her to actually get it done. When we came back at 4pm there were different people at the desk and our room was not ready yet. The gentleman at the desk went above and beyond to find us a ready room while the young lady checked us in. Later that night we asked for some additional towels and were told ok. We had to ask 2 more times that night and 2 more times in the morning before someone told us that there is no housekeeping to bring the- simple communication could have resolved this. I would have been happy to come to the desk to get them or wait until morning if someone had told me. The saving grace is one of the breakfast staff, I believe her name is Chanan - she was so friendly and went above and beyond to make everyone comfortable and shared tips with us about where to go and what to see. The 2nd morning she was not there and the person working was not friendly at all but she was busy. Overall the location is good and the room was spacious.

Very cute room. Bed was comfy. Water pressure and shower head were great. Good breakfast. Microwave broke while we were trying to warm something up. Temp setting on thermostat was broken, but thankfully cooled down well. Staff was very helpful and polite

Loved the hotel, it’s in a nice area, close to the water and shopping areas, most places you need are in walking distance! The staff were friendly and professional. Would recommend staying here to anyone new to Chicago and looking for a prime spot to stay and explore nearby

One happy customer

We enjoyed our stay, great location. Hotel is clean, comfortable bed but not to much the pull out sofa. Now I will say the whole staff was friendly and professional. My son lost his airpods and front desk found them and we were so grateful for that. All staff work hard and with integrity. From Valet, front desk to housekeeping very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend this hotel and definitely coming back. Its worth the money.

Great location

We were able to score a room for a night for a really reasonable price. We loved the space offered with kitchen, living room and bedroom with 2 large closets. It was really like a one bedroom apartment. The location was unbeatable right off the Miracle Mile and near the Ohio Street Beach.

Comfy and amazing
