The property is great. I gave 3 stars due to no one answering the phone at midnight on my return so I couldnt get the shuttle and had 2 young children with me. Had to pay a cab 40 to take us 4 miles. Even had corporate trying to call them. Not sure what staff was doing during that time.Thankfully I was able to stay and staff was back when I arrived. It's irritating to pay for parking when Im staying the night. Just put it in the price of the room.

Older property, but still nice rooms. Felt safe overall. Loved the two grills outside for guests to use. Showers could use some upgrading. Same with the air conditioning. Once we got it started, wouldn't shutdown. Didn't like the fact that guests have to pay for overnight parking. shouldn't this be included as we are staying on your property? Overall I give this location an 8 out of 10. I will stay here again!

Very nice, was surprised to have to pay for parking during my stay but whatever. I appreciated the 24 hr shuttle. Nice little store to buy snacks and drinks but a little pricey so bring your own. No pool.

Decent-looking exterior and convenient for O’Hare, but the rooms feel outdated. The chair in my room was torn and worn. I didn’t complain because of the location and I basically only slept in the room but I definitely won’t be back.

I booked this hotel for an employee that was stranded at Chicago Ohare due to a storm. I bought and paid for room on Expedia. The hotel clerk was extremely hard to understand on where to meet airport shuttle. When my employee got to the hotel, the staff demanded an additional $150 security deposit for just one night. One night in a room that only cost $100. We are used to $25 to $30 but $150 is a bit extreme especially when that is not disclosed on Expedia before you book the room. To make matters worse, the desk clerk demanded the card used for the security deposit to be present so i had to transfer the money to the employee so he could get to his room to go to bed. Shame on them for not disclosing then extremely rude for the way he talked to us while we were figuring out how to even get it to him.

I stayed for one night to get some sleep after a transatlantic flight before driving home. Since it was a quick stay, I didn’t have the opportunity to use many of the amenities. All of the staff I interacted with were very kind, the room was clean and cool during the heat wave. And the bed was very comfortable! Overall good experience.
