We stayed here for an early morning flight. The property was easy to find. The check-in process was quick. The gentleman working the front desk was kind. The room we were given smelled like smoke terrible. We were got moved to a new room pretty quickly. The room size was good, the beds were fine and overall good stay.

We really only needed the hotel for sleep as we were attending the Americas beauty show at the convention center so we were only there to eat a quick supper sleep and shower. Although it was great for that the water temperature was like warm at best for showering in and that was pretty annoying. But the room was clean and comfortable and the tv had decent options for watching a movie or show and the bed and pillows were comfortable. I’d give it a 7/10 bc the water being almost cold was a big thing for us. I would probably book there again for the show although there are closer options to the convention center.

Amazing warmth and friendliness of staff. The checkin lady always had a smiling face. I got to check in 4 hours early and 30 mins late for checkout. Room is a bargain price for what it offers. Make use of their free shuttle from O Hare airport

Never stay here! No restaurant or nearby restaurant. Only food available is highly processed crappy food that costs a fortune. You have to scan it yourself to buy it and scanner for most items doesn’t work, which means you must ask for help from wonderful receptionist who is helping other customers check in. Rugs in hallways, stained with in-ground dirt. Skip this place.

Staff was very friendly. I liked the security of the building, the front door can only be accessed with a key card. I liked the convenience of it being right next to the Park n Jet. Parking is a bit tight. The room tables could have been wiped better and coffee pot cleaned out better, but the bed and bathroom were clean.

I came to town for a business conference. I do not have one complaint about this hotel, room or stay. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and accommodating. I will definitely book again in the future!

The lady at the counter is really nice and helpful. And I would definitely stay here again.shuttle bus is really convenient and they help me get to the train as I have an appointment downtown to go to.
