The garage was a big bonus! We had 2 cars that we parked and never had to get out again, until we left. The garage felt very safe and secure. The place itself was very clean and well supplied. We had brought some supplies, but we really didn't need to. The host had provided all of the necessities. The host communicated with us several times, asking how our stay was going and if we needed anything. That was very much appreciated. She even made a coffee place suggestion that we took and were very pleased with. The neighborhood was a big bonus too. They had a block party the weekend we were there and it looked like they had a great time. I would definitely stay here again. My daughter lives close by in Chicago so this would always be a good option for us. The only drawback was that we had to walk up some stairs. this wasn't a surprise, as the booking made sure to mention it. We made it work and it even became a bit of a ritual as to how we went up and down the stairs. We made it fun! All in all, this was a great weekend in Chicago!

Charming property in outstanding location. Garage was roomy and made parking a breeze, plenty of dining space with two 6 person tables, stocked kitchen for cooking, comfortable beds and sofas, and many restaurants, shops, and activities within walking distance. Would absolutely stay again.

The Ultimate Chicago Stay!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this St. Ben’s gem! From the moment we walked in, it felt like a true home away from home. The space was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained — the hardwood floors, comfy furniture, and natural light gave it such a warm and welcoming vibe.The layout is perfect for groups. With 4 real beds, everyone had room to spread out and relax. The jacuzzi was a huge bonus after long days exploring the city, and having EV parking made logistics a breeze.The location truly can’t be beat. Walking distance to Wrigley Field, amazing local bars and restaurants, and the Brown Line for quick access downtown — we never needed to drive. It made game day effortless and every outing fun and convenient.The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, with everything we needed clearly communicated and ready to go.Whether you’re in town for a Cubs game, a family trip, or a weekend with friends, this spot is an absolute 10/10. We’ll definitely be back!

We loved the location of this property. The neighborhood was cute and felt safe as we walked around. Close to several places to eat and easy to Uber to downtown. The space was enormous and easily accommodated our group of five. We loved having so many bathrooms. Communication with manager was timely, including a fix needed over the weekend.

Wonderful, spacious home

Our family of four enjoyed our stay. The home was spacious, clean and kitchen was well equipped. Lovely surrounding neighborhood. Although it was not an issue for our family, please note that there is an exterior entry stairway to the unit, followed by another stairway to the main floor and another stairway to the upper bedrooms. We had great communication with Mary and she was very responsive. We had a wonderful stay!

Great location and host; property needs some TLC

Communication was great, and access to property very easy. Two garage spots were a great perk and street parking wasn’t a problem. Convenient location and quiet street. Our only issue was that the home and the furniture is dated - needs a deep clean and some TLC.

The location was amazing! Lots of food choices in walking distance. Scooters to take to Wrigley! Parks! There was so much room and the king size bed

Lovely spacious home

This home was great! So big, convenient keypad access, very homey. It had everything we needed and was great for both lounging and just sleeping. Nice location close to restaurants and shops- with easy access to hop on the train and head downtown.

Great Place!

The apartment was very spacious and clean. Lots of restaurants within walking distance in a nice area. Very roomy 2 car garage. Excellent communication by the host. We would definitely stay there again!
