The living space was not kept well... The sheet had stains on them, the carpet was filthy and the first room provided smelled smoky or unclean. The bathtub appeared stained and the water pressure for the shower was horrible... I should be refunded partially or fully for this visit!!!

Though the staff was very attentive to pick us up from the airport, their shuttle was unsafe. Half of the seatbelt buckles were duct taped/missing and there were 3 children in there. The check in guy was nice, but the hotel in general looked run down and carpet in the hallway was nasty. The breakfast was a lot of sugary options- muffins, cereal and waffles. Nothing of substance.

I was asked to check in online to just pick up the key at the desk. When I got there, I was asked to do the whole process again in person. It was pointless that I wasted time doing it online. I understand it is a super 8 but the building was dirty. The hallways and walls. My air conditioner was not working well and when I told the woman at the front desk, she said it was fine. I had just gotten off a 9 hour flight so I just didn't push the issue.
