Great Couples Getaway

We had a wonderful couples getaway at the Ritz-Carlton in Chicago. Everyone was so nice and pleasant and room service was outstanding. Also the front desk receptionist, Toni was outstanding in helping us and sharing information about both the city and hotel. Fabulous!

My friends and I stayed here over the weekend for time away to relax and I would HIGHLY recommend staying here. We were in and out dining and shopping, but had a wonderful experience from check in to check out. The view from the room was perfect and the bedding was amazing. The service attendants are spot on with all services and are ready the minute you step onto the property. I cant wait for our next stay!

Its exactly what you'd expect. The location is perfect. Shopping is walkable. Restaurants are near. And the Navy Pier is in sight-distance. The staff was friendly and accomodating. And rideshares took less than a minute every time.

Everything was at the level you'd expect from a Ritz-Carlton. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed that the restaurant was closed. This was not mentioned in the booking process or in any of the correspondence before our arrival. We had planned on having a birthday dinner at the hotel.

The chicken on my salad was raw. Staff messed up our bill and gave us someone else’s. They fixed it but no real apology. Overall, not the ritz experience I was expecting.
