The Hoyle room was clean and smelled very good. The housekeepers closet was in the middle of the guest rooms and across from my room door. During very early hours they can be heard going into the closet and dropping things. Never slept in because they woke me up every morning. Front Dest agents were not rude but not very friendly and attentive to guest.

Great location

Lobby is super small, elevators are small and sometimes slow, and valet is slow, especially considering it’s $72. BUT, the room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff was really friendly, and the location can’t be beat!! Absolutely would stay here again!

Location is great, close to everything you could possibly need. But the cleaning staff was very loud, very late and very early in the morning, yelling, slamming doors etc. The room is okay, small, no fridge, no microwave, but clean.
