The property looks just like the pictures online. I came with my friend for the Beyoncé concert, it was a simple pickup area for our Uber drivers. It was also a short walk from the restaurants we wanted to try. I’d book again.

We arrived at 2:30 and left our bags on the 15th floor because our room wasn't ready. No problem. However, when we returned at 5:40 the room was not ready. Unacceptable, despite the number of people staying at your hotel.
