The tv wouldn’t stay connected to the HDMI cable. Anytime we turned the tv back on we would get an error message and someone from the front would have to come in and reset the whole thing just for it to give the same error message the next time we wanted to use the tv. The room had a stale odor to it that I just assumed was because they left the fan off so the air wasn’t circulating. The fridge we had was on a timer. So when we went to put food in there we noticed our food from the day prior wasn’t cold. I’ve never dealt with a fridge on a timer before and felt that was somewhat inconvenient given that our food ended up not stay cold when it was turned off. Their breakfast was as expected for a free meal. No complaints there. And they had a heated indoor pool that we were able to use. Which was also a nice addition. The staff we spoke to were friendly as well. This place IMO wasn’t as good as I was expecting from the reviews I had read prior to my booking. So I was thrown off a bit when I arrived. Also, this place charges a $100 security hold which is higher than other places I’ve stayed at that were a nicer stay. So that also threw me off. Overall, it was a nice location but unfortunately I don’t see myself staying here again.

The hotel was clean and had an excellent breakfast. I just wish they had some safety features in the bathroom. Grab bars by the tub and toilet would be wonderful.

Nice hotel but a little tired. Great location.

Clean room. Housekeeping on request. Perfect location for my purposes. I didn’t use the pool but saw families enjoying a swim. Breakfast pretty standard for this type of hotel. The public areas looked a little tired. The whole building could do with a refresh. I would stay there again.
