I don’t think I’d stay here again. Our room was not ready at check-in time, Ivan said it would only be a few moments and he would call us up to the counter once a room was ready. We waited a half hour and at that point, he was no longer at the counter. Once we did get our room, it was right next to an elevator so it was rather loud. Someone at the front desk wrote down the WiFi password incorrectly and when we asked why it wasn’t working, they were quite rude telling us “we wrote it down for you, it’s xyz1234” when they had written xyz123. There was also not enough parking and I had to figure out on my own where to park; it ended up being their overflow parking at the hotel down the street. It wasn’t far just inconvenient… all of this really gave the impression that the staff did not care about people staying at the hotel. Room was decent sized, bathroom was clean but this did not make up for the other issues.

Basic, no luxury, ok hotel

Its ok, good enough for a stay near Allstate arena for concert. We needed more towels, went to request it and was told it would be up in 1 hr. 3 hrs laters we had nothing. We called and asked can we get them ourselves? They say they were so busy and booked. We went to the hallway saw a cleaning lady and asked for them ourselves. Also is a hotel thats only 3 floors? So its long in the hallways instead of going upwards. It took like 20 mins to get to our room dragging bags through the carpeted hallway. The lamps and curtains inside the room had lots of dust, I cleaned the side table lamps myself after starting a sneezing fit. No real soap (they do the eco thing) they give you 1 small tiny bar that should be share between all??? Gross. Also the AC would start and stop making the most annoying noise. Seemed to be normal schedule on and off times, maybe for saving $$. Again basic hotel, no luxury, but in the minimum it was ok, not great.
