From the moment you step into the grand entrance hall you'll be captivated by the elegance and spaciousness of Crab Quay. There is a lovely indoor pool area followed by a magnificent dining hall with seating for up to 22 guests and a cosy open fireplace, perfect for group dinners or special occasions. The internal sitting room boasts large comfortable sofas, a smart TV and another open fire creating a perfect retreat for cosy evenings.

The second sitting room offers stunning sea views with plenty of comfy seating, a large TV, a breakfast area and entertainment options such as a pool table and football table, great for for relaxation and fun.

The spacious kitchen makes self-catering effortless with a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, double electric oven and gas hob, large fridge freezer, and microwave. A washing machine and dryer are also provided for your convenience. Additionally, there's a guest WC on the ground floor.

Up to the first floor there are 5 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 suite - Direct sea views, super king bed, dressing room, living room with TV, bathroom with bath and shower, access to balcony.
Bedroom 2 - Direct sea views, king size bed, en suite shower room, access to balcony.

Up again to the second floor:

Bedroom 7 - Some sea views, super king bed, en suite shower room.
Bedroom 8 - Super king bed, bunk bed, en suite shower room.
Bedroom 9 (interlinked with bedroom 10) - Super king bed.
Bedroom 10 - Single day bed which can be pulled out to make into a twin room, en suite shower room and a small childrens bath.

Outside the rear garden opens directly onto the stunning beachfront. Enjoy the sea views while lounging on the outdoor seating, or fire up the barbecue for a seaside feast. The beautiful outdoor pool, located at the top of the garden by the beach, offers the perfect spot to relax and unwind.

To the front there is plenty of parking for 4 cars and the host has provided access to an EV charger.
