When we first checked in, it took almost 20 minutes as the woman checking us in was inefficient and did not have working equipment. Normally, i would be understanding, however she would look at me like I was stupid often and would speak very slow like I was unable to comprehend what she was explaining. After we finally got our keys, we opened the door to see a broken dresser, wobbly table, creaky bed and a toilet that would take two flushes just to flush. The bed was.covered in stains. I attempted to go wash our clothes after we swam in a cloudy pool and the laundry was broken. I was understanding of that but i would have appreciated a sign before loosing my quarters. While we were attempting to sleep, doors were slammed and people were in the pool all the way til midnight. When we got up, we went to the breakfast to find expired milk, sugarless waffles and no juice nor water. Just frozen sausage sandwiches from walmart and packaged grits were somewhat edible. When we checked out, I was forced to be spoken to like a misbehaving toddler when i was expaining some of my grievances. This was an awful experience.

We unfortunately had a house fire and we needed a place to stay. They have been so helpful. They are making our stay perfect and we appreciate them. They are affordable, they accepted our doggies. The kids get to escape and play in the pool.

Don't stay here

The room reeked of mold & mildew. The floor was like walking on a beach. Hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. Lamp shades were water stained and rusty. The paint was scraped and peeling from both sides of the bathroom door and the inside of the entry door. The AC sounded like a plane taking off. I've stayed in mom & pops that were much better

Do not use their online check in. They placed a hold on the card I use with Expedia, even though I used a fully different card to check in. Then when I did arrive after showing the employee that there was, in fact, a hold on my other account she went ahead and checked me in…and it charged the card I’d used at check in. So now there are basically 2 charges for a horrible room until the hold drops off. Then there was the room. Dirty, smelly, the light switch at the door did exactly nothing to brighten that room, the toilet was stained and looked like there was always poop in it, and the most uncomfortable bed I’ve slept in in years

Needs some work done.

The room needed a deep clean or possibly even a renovation. There was a lingering smell of smoke, which was unpleasant. The bathroom felt outdated and didn’t give a sense of cleanliness. One of the provided rags was stained, which was concerning. On a positive note, the breakfast was okay — nothing exceptional, but it did the job.
