My room had a kitchen and stunk really bad of fish. I tried to move couldnt. The expedia app said i had until apr 24 to change my reservation, I called 10 days prior to that date and the hotel would not accomodate my new dates eventhough it was just to arrive one day later so the same room was booked just not stayed in one night. There was no garbage can in the room so we couldnt put garbage away and our room was not cleaned because of that for four days. The sofa bed was not sleepable, the feet were higher than thr middle and the head was lower than the middle, so i had to share my bed.

I would highly recommend Best Western in Abbotsford for anyone wants a comfy room, with a Keurig in your room, delicious breakfast with fruit cereal, eggs, toast, etc. This is my second time being here with my family, and I will come back!

The hardwood floors are very noisy, especially when someone on the floor above wears hard shoes. The dog barking in a room close to mine was not good either! I stayed 2 days and got very little sleep!!!!!!

As I have stayed at this BW before I was expecting to stay in the hotel. I was put in the motel which is fine however the receptionist did not give proper instructions and we wondering around the building looking for our room. Thankfully Ricky’s staff assisted us. The reception was not very helpful. When I asked if they had a shuttle to the airport she indicated they did not without offering to arrange a taxi for our trip in the morning nor did she offer a wake up call. We felt as an inconvenience to her. It was my 3rd and last stay at this location. I travel to Port Coquitlam every other month and stay in Abbotsford the evening before departing. It won’t be at BW again. It was like I was second class because I used Hotel.com which I have been using for years for my hotel needs.

We’ve stayed here with our family three times, and we’ve been very happy with our experience every time! Great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, easy check in, nice pool, great location if you’re driving through. It’s a hour or a bit less to drive from Vancouver International Airport and way cheaper than staying close to the airport. This hotel is at the top of our list for when we need to stay overnight in the Fraser Valley.
