The hotel itself is great - a very comfortable stay for a short trip. What I found strange is that the price of the booking on Expedia and the price I was charged didn't quite match. The invoice from the hotel happened to be $10 more than the price (including tax) on Expedia, while I didn't use any extra services. It's not a huge difference, but sometimes it's those $10-15 that make us choose one place over the other.

The receptionist on shift tonight did excellent customer service. She’s polite and quick to respond. She has warm smile and willingness to help. Actually, all of them are great! Same experience the next day during breakfast and check out.

Yes and yes My only concern was the very narrow and limited parking spaces. Impossible to get in my car in the morning, my car was perfectly parked between the lines.
