Stunningly bright and fully renovated in '20 with open floorplan, large deck, outdoor shower, parking. Walk to Menemsha Harbor, beach, fish markets, Galley. Large yard with lily pond, grape vines, blueberry bushes. Gas BBQ, plenty of lounge chairs & outdoor dining table. Beach sticker to Lucy Vincent & Squibnocket avail. This home is all about relaxing and enjoying nature. Central A/C, laundry, Wifi. Perfect for someone who loves the beach, ocean, nature, and a relaxed simple summer getaway. .4 miles (7 mins) walk to Pond.
