There was no hot water in our room in the evening or the next morning. We could not take a shower. Very dissatisfied. Also the cafeteria was disappointing. The website said it was vegetarian friendly. The only option was vegetable soup and when they brought it to the table it was a beef stew.

Perfect spot in Canton de Chelly. Friendly staff and clean room. Shower was hot and the tv worked. Easy check in and out. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to see the canyon and stay overnight.

I checked into the room and the heater wasnt working so i this was 12:00 midnight and i had to switch rooms. Took awhile for the other room to warm up then the next day i had to go back to the office to get a new key

The HVAC thermostat wasn’t working and the coffee packets didn’t fit the coffee maker which made a big mess. There was no hand soap or body wash, but they gave me some at the office. Small inconveniences. Restaurant was ok.
