The kitchen is independent, fully equipped: refrigerator, ceramic hob, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, iron, kettle, etc. and all kitchen utensils.
The bathroom, with shower, 135 cm. bathtub, bidet, toilet, washbasin and hair dryer.
The apartment has a terrace of about 30 m2, it is very sunny, it is south facing and the sun shines on it from early in the morning until late in the afternoon. It is covered with an awning, which can be fully or partially removed at will. There is a table and four armchairs with cushions and sun loungers, chairs and beach umbrellas. The terrace, which is protected from the view of the neighboring houses, is ideal for sunbathing, eating outdoors, reading in the afternoon or enjoying the summer evenings. From the terrace you can access the roof terrace.
It has a parking space for one car.
In addition, you can make use of the garden, shared with the owner who lives on the first floor of the house.
The quiet town of Chipiona, is located northwest of the coast of Cadiz, on the Costa de La Luz, just 52 km. from Cadiz, the capital of the province which is the oldest city in the West (3,000 years).
The origins of Chipiona date back to Roman times. The most emblematic monument of Chipiona is perhaps its lighthouse, which dates back to 1867 and is built on the Punta del Perro, in the same place where Quintus Servilius Cepion, ordered the construction of its tower in 140 BC.
We can also see the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Regla, with its Mudejar cloister from the 15th century and the image of the Virgin (12th or 13th century). The Parish of Ntra. Sra de La O (XVI century), the Castle that was probably built on another of Arab origin around the year 1295 and the Corrales de Pesqueria (believed to be Roman).
From Chipiona, we can visit:
- Las Bodegas, The School of Equestrian Art and the Circuito de Velocidad (In Jerez).
- The horse races on the beach of Sanlúcar.
- Or do the Route of the White Villages, in the Sierra de Cadiz, in the north of the province. The Route goes into the Natural Park of Grazalema, declared a Biosphere Reserve, a must for those who enjoy active tourism and rural tourism.
And a few kilometers away, on the other side of the river, another Natural Park, Doñana.
From Chipiona we can make excursions to Cadiz (52 Km), to Seville (105 Km), to Jerez de la Frontera (27 Km), to Ronda (150 Km), to Setenil de las Bodegas (140 km), to Malaga (248 Km), to Gibraltar (145 Km), to Tarifa, the city of wind (150 Km), to Portugal, Vila Real de Santo Antonio (250 Km), and even to Morocco. For Morocco we must go by car to Algeciras (130 Km) and there embark on the ferry to Ceuta (1 hour crossing, 6 crossings per day) or to Tangier (1 hour crossing, 40 crossings per week). It is possible to embark the car.
