Welcome to the "Mexitana", property of 1200 m2 in the pine forest of the Villa, 10 minutes from the small town of Chipiona and its endless beaches of fine sand, 5 minutes from Costa Ballena and spots where to practice the surf. The Mexitana is a place of peaceful conviviality and respect offering travelers a comfortable loft of 35m2 designed for a couple and 2 children or 4 close friends can spend unforgettable holidays in the shade of pine trees. Although the space is diaphanous, a cabinet as a partition creates a sleeping area with double bed and the living room offers a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people. American kitchen equipped with all the necessary and large oriental bathroom, with shower and pool view that we are happy to share with you and the huge garden with respect, discretion and friendliness. there is also an outdoor dining area by the pool and a barbecue. The apartment is separated from our house by a bay of cedar with preserving your privacy. Although discreet, we will always be there to guide you in the discovery of the surroundings, recommend good addresses or excursions. Next to the property , a stud farm offers horseback rides or courses of equitation. The Mexitana, is ideally located to discover the Costa de la Luz (Costa de la Luz) and the wonderful white villages typical of Andalusia. Cadiz is half an hour away by car, the beautiful city of Jerez de la Frontera and its Wine and Brandy Route is 20 minutes away, Sanlucar de Barrameda and its typical bodegas 10 minutes away. You can also enjoy the bike path, the greenway at 400 meters, walks to the beach, pine forests, etc. Also nearby are supermarkets, shops, farmers' markets and a range of restaurants offering a large selection of tapas inspired by the typical cuisine of the region.
