Set across two floors, the home features a cozy living/dining room with a fireplace, satellite TV, and air conditioning. The well-equipped open kitchen includes a 4-ring stove and oven, ideal for preparing homemade Tuscan meals. There are two bedrooms: one twin room on the ground floor and a second room upstairs (via fairly steep stairs) with a double and a single bed, perfect for families.

Enjoy outdoor living with a private fenced garden (480 m²) complete with terrace, furniture, barbecue, and play equipment.
