Absolutely wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you value fair judgement and customer service. I was checking the full price of this hotel on Expedia when I accidentally booked it due to an ApplePay mishap. I immediately contacted the hotel and Expedia to let them know of the error, and even specifically told the hotel that the room wouldn’t be needed that night due to the error. I did this so they could rent out the room if needed. At the time, the person who I spoke to thanked me for that. Despite all of this, the hotel manager decided that they’d like to keep my money and not refund me the fee. Expedia informed me that they even tried to persuade them to reconsider. When I asked them to reconsider myself, they stopped responding to me entirely…

Cap was missing on one side of toilet roll holder & forgot to alert staff on checkout. Our unit overlooked Memorial Drive & passing cars headlights were visible even though curtains were closed.

Horrendously uncomfortable bed. Woke up with terrible back pain. The bed springs can be felt when lying on it. The windows were so thin you could hear all the cars passing by. The front desk staff was also rude. I wish I had paid for the Novotel instead. It would’ve been well worth it.
