Very handy location - close to the park/shops. The place was clean but there was no fan in the bathroom/shower :/ The hosts were very helpful - fixed the flush of the toilet on our first day, lent us the 2 bikes and lent us the clothes rack.

The motel was in a good location for my visit to Christchurch. It is an old style motel but has been updated. Good shower with plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of power points for charging devices.

Great central spot for family or multiple couples. Nice tidy units with cooking facilities etc, could do with a little bit of maintenance (bath rm door locks, fit heat pumps?) but good value for money.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. It was exactly what I needed. Located conveniently within walking distance to beautiful parks and restaurants, with a 2 min drive to the mall and supermarkets. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed my stay here very much and would highly recommend it.

The first night was very quiet end enjoyable. The 2nd night was great until people moved into a unit above us and made a lot of noise. Chairs were falling over and it sounded like they were roller blading... extremely noisy. Otherwise it was quiet and peaceful. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean. We had a good stay.

Ideal location in a residential neigbourhood. We stayed 4 nights. Very quiet and safe. Walked through the nearby Hagley Park at 5:30am and felt completely safe. Within walking distance to restaurants and city centre. Room and bathroom very clean, and bed comfy. Owners are very pleasant and easy to deal with. Highly recommend this lodging.

It's in a really nice spot. Close to Hagley Park and Riccarton Mall. Bus options as well as walking. Quiet but still close to the action. Looking forward to staying there again when in Christchurch.
