Person greeting and cleaning rooms was nice and polite. Facilities are very old and need a good clean, maintenance and update. Gardens and surrounds were a mess of weeds.

If you are looking for a posh motel this is not it but the room was clean and had everything I needed i was in there cheaper room$65 a night it was great value the bed was nice comfortable will definitely stay again.

Motel Stay Review My stay at the motel was a pleasant experience. Vivian was very responsive and easy to communicate with whenever I had questions or needed assistance. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and equipped with basic amenities, making it convenient for my stay. Towels were replaced daily, and the room was cleaned daily, which added to the comfort. The motel is also conveniently located close to shops and cafes, making it easy to grab meals or do a bit of shopping. The pricing was reasonable, offering great value for the services provided. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would recommend this motel for anyone looking for an affordable, comfortable, and well-located place to stay.

Great location close to everything. Quite and nice setup. Only minor issue was a stuck water tap in the kitchen sink. Vivian was a friendly staff member and can’t fault the place. Highly recommended and will be back next Christchurch stay.

I had been here before. About a year ago. At the time I thought that the staff were very capable, and they still are, as well as motivated to make my stay comfortable. The property is a short distance from the Centre of Christchurch, and not very far, about 15 minutes by taxi, to the airport. Last year I explained that their were still some repairs needed due to the earthquake. These seem to have been addressed. All the appliances worked well. The Warehouse (Supermarket etc.,) is across the road. There are no doubt many fine hotel's etc., in Christchurch, but none at even close to the value for money. Parking outside your room.

Value for money. lovely comfortable bed.. and easy drive to the Riccarton hub/mall (shopping and dining) Warehouse and even an OP shop across the road. Definitely an older style motel but clean and tidy. shower was a little compact and low pressure but otherwise we'd stay again.

The owners were good at communication and friendly in their txt messages. The place was clean and tidy. However: This property is very dated, with old chipped bedroom cabinets, stained basin and an incredibly uncomfortable, saggy bed which the springs could be felt through. If I’d been planning on more than one night, I’d have checked out and moved elsewhere.
