New house, but cheap products so expect it to be run down in a couple of years, even the toilet roll holder wiggles up and down, so hangs on an angle with the toilet roll falling off onto the floor every time you use it. Beds are hard, my son had just slept on a camp stretcher for a week and complained how hard the bed was! The worst part was the front door, we couldn’t check in until 3 - which is late for a check in, and had an event starting at 4:30, as we were leaving at 4 the panel off the front door slid down and stopped the door from closing, it had been taped up with black tape, so the maintenance team was well aware the door was like this. We spent at least 20 probably 30 minutes trying to get the door shut, in the end we had to get tools from our vehicle and close it from inside the house, leaving out the side door and leaving the house unlocked, while we were away. If we didn’t have our own tools I don’t know what we would have been able to do.The part that annoyed me is they knew it was like that.
