Good value, no frills hotel

Hotel is well located a few minutes walk from the Casino and about 15 minutes walk to Cathedral Square. Room was in near new condition and clean however there was no desk to set up a laptop or eat at. Basic bathroom amenities only but large shower and good water pressure. King size bed was very comfortable and heat pump kept the room at a nice temperature. Good wifi, good TV but no Sky channels. Did not eat at the restaurant but several dining options within short walking distance. Main issue was the arrival of a tour group, several of who were staying on my floor and noise levels were very loud, even late at night. Segregating large tour groups on separate floors from other guests would help Overall good value, no frills hotel.
