A week in the sun

Property location is very good. Our group enjoyed the villa and our stay. But had some problem that were not addressed in a timely manner.

We wanted to give this a 5 Star, but

This was an amazing property, perfect neighborhood, perfectly clean, great place for travelling to our activities.We had two problems. One was that we had no water. My husband is a contractor so he could make the system work for bare necessities, but spent hours of his vacation time working on the water system. The other problem was that he could not communicate the problem to the manager. The manager just ignored the problem and would not allow my husband to talk directly to the water system technician. Once my husband was able to talk to the tech, the tech realized what the problem was and came with an assistant and repaired the system. The pump and the pump switch were both not working. Once fixed, we had water and everything was perfect. Too bad we only had good water for our last two days. Connor was great! He picked us up at the airport, showed us the house, and then repaired the water system.

You can’t beat the ocean view from this house. It is across the street from one of the best beaches in St Criox! The home is spacious and open. Fantastic for a group of friends or a family! The host picked us up from the airport, made sure we got our rental car, had us follow them to the house, and got a walk through to make sure everything was up to par.

Exceeded expectations!

The description doesn't include all this property delivered. Beautiful views, peaceful pool, walking distance to a white sand beach you basically have to yourself. Each room has a multiple device charging station. The beds were SO comfortable. They provide all the dishes/appliances you could need. Pool floats. Snorkel gear. & you wake up to ocean views! We felt welcomed & like the house was actually ours. A little feedback, watch your shins on the bed frames & we would've swept up & cleaned up more if there was a house broom & dustpan & cleaning supplies.

Lovely Home

Perfectly pictured and described. Roomy with all the necessities. On the plus side it was in a wonderful neighborhood that was peaceful and quiet. On the minus side it was not near anything except the beach so a rental car or taxi were required to go anywhere else.

We LOVE Coral Reef!

The Coral Reef house was perfect for our family's needs! It is both comfortable and clean. The appliances are up to date and electronics, tv options, air conditioning were awesome! We loved the location which is in a beautiful neighborhood near a quiet beach. We would love to rent this home again in the future!!

Fabulous!

The house exceeded our expectations! The property manager had everything we needed along with extra “goodies” to enjoy. The space accommodated us wonderfully. We loved being able to get to Shoys Beach in just a few minutes walk or take a short drive and hang out at the Buccaneer Hotel beach. The entire family would be happy to go back to this property again! The only negative would be the roosters that roam the entire island. They are noisy! They did wake some of us up, but I would rather be up enjoying the island instead of sleeping! This is not a house problem though since they are everywhere.

Beautiful area and property

My family and I traveled to St Croix for a wedding and decided to make a full vacation out of the trip. We were so glad we chose this property. The location was perfect nestled with access to two awesome beaches and since it was on the Buccaneer property we had access to their restaurant and beach as well. It was close to town and many excellent restaurants as well. The check in and property manager were excellent. If we had a question or issue during our stay it was answered promptly. We are already planning our return and definitely hope to stay here again!

Weekend Getaway

We had the best time at Coral Reef! The house was super clean and had everything you need and more. The beds were so comfortable! The pool was really nice. The neighborhood was so nice and quiet. Laurel, the property manager was amazing. She was so helpful and always available for any questions. Check in was super easy. Would definitely recommend the house to anyone!

Paradise!

A group of three couples had the best time at this property . Great location, close to beaches . The owner went above and beyond with beach towels, chairs and a cooler for our use. We give this a 5 star rating. Can’t go wrong with this house.
