In a quiet and gated community with well maintained lush tropical grounds, pool, and laundry facilities on-site. Enjoy two beach chairs, towels, & cooler when heading to the beaches. Condo is a quick 5 minute drive to downtown Christiansted, boardwalk with many shops and restaurants, and hotel on the cay beach.
The space:
One bedroom (separate from living area) with a/c, king bed, tv, ceiling and floor fans, dresser, large closet with hangers.
Recently updated bathroom, living area with large smart tv, free WiFi. Kitchen completely stocked for when you feel like staying inside including toaster, keurig coffee maker, blender, microwave, pots, pans, flatware, dishes, cups, etc. Dining room table and chairs. Outside patio seating area.
Guest access:

Enjoyed our stay at this St. Croix condo. Was clean, comfortable and quiet and had everything we needed. Perfect for 2 people. Grounds and pool were well-maintained with lots of beautiful tropical plants and flowers. We didn't cook much but the kitchen had what we needed. The AC worked well. Lucas and the local contact communicated very well and were very responsive to us during our stay. There are a number of steps up to the unit so it might not be ideal for anyone with significant mobility issues but otherwise, it's a great spot and we would stay again and highly recommend. Thanks!
