falta de água pela limpeza da caixa

faltou água devido a limpeza da caixa d´água, a gerencia deveria ter providenciado um caminhão pipa para o retorno do fornecimento com maior rapidez. Do resto foi tudo bem.

Sempre me hospedo nesse hotel. Equipe noa no atendimento em treinamento. Até aí tudo certo. Faço minha reserva sempre com antecedência. Dessa vez me disseram que o hotel estava cheio e de deram um quarto para deficientes sem guarda roupa, sem box no banheiro e bem apertado. Tomara que não comece a ficar ruim.

Custo justo. Hotel bem conservado e com amplo espaço. Estacionamento amplo mas não é coberto. Meu quarto apesar de grande tinha 4 camas de solteiro que acabou com o espaço dele. Já tinha feito a reserva no site com mais de uma semana de antecedência.

Limpeza precária roupas de cama sujas

Banheiro sujo com cabelos e respingos na pia. O chão sujo com cabelos e ciscos. As roupas de cama com um cheiro horrível de suor, cobertas amareladas de não lavarem a dias. Fronhas dos Travesseiros com manchas estranhas. Chuveiro a gás, mas a agua jateia sentido a parede. O frigobar abri tinha cheiro ruim, impregnou o quarto. O ar condicionado não funcionou. Enfim, precisa melhorar a limpeza e o conforto pelo preco que se paga 130,00 + 10 de estacionamento nao vale a pena.

Quarto fantástico

Fui a negócios e aproveitei para viajar com minha esposa, o atendimento foi muito bom, sem aborrecimentos. O quarto superou nossas expectativas. O Hotel fica dentro de um shopping atacadista o que agradou minha esposa. Café da manhã é simples mas muito saboroso.
