Rooms were remodeled but you can still tell it’s old. The staff was super nice. The lobby did have an odd smell when you walk in. Our room was out of body wash so I called and asked for some and it was never refilled nor was the room cleaned during our 2 night stay.

We always stay here when we are in Cincinnati for business or pleasure. It's a nice counterpoint to the big business block, hotels and convention centers. The staff are eclectic and interesting, attentive and entertaining. We always enjoy the art installations. The food and cocktails are good. The rooms are quiet, comfortable and clean.

Artsy hotel in great location. Lobby had a very unusual and unpleasant smell and was uncomfortably cold. Rooms could benefit from an update (remove carpets, clean windows, and showers need renovation). Otherwise, hotel was nice and service was good.

Super cool boutique hotel. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Sadly my fridge didnt work so that was a bummer since i bought things that needed refrigeration. Water pressure was very low, but it is an older building. Overall, loved my stay.
