I saw 2 small bugs walking around in the bathroom I took a video and show the front desk I had my room changed the new room had food in the refrigerator that was from previous guest I stayed for 2 days because the rate was in my budget I did change rooms the next morning after I saw the bugs crawling around so that food in the second room refrigerator must have been there since Friday because Friday night I got into my room and I moved to another room Saturday morning by 11am and the room was already cleaned from Friday or before cleaning staff needs to check the refrigerators I shud get a refund for what I had to deal with

This hotel was a nughtmare and I wish i could have gotten my money back and stayed at another hotel. They told me since I paid through Hotels.com that I could not get a discount or refund. The elevator did not work and me and my guest had to carry luggage up and down 4 flights of steps because my room was on the 4th floor. When we got to the stairs there was trash all through the stairwell and one of the stairwells had no lighting causing a fall or trip hazard because you couldn't see. When we got to the room there was no tissue in the room, there was hair in the tub, the tub had dirt along the rim of the tub. I will not pay through Hotels.com ever again unless I had stayed there before. The bad part is that Iv did stay here before a couple of years ago but this hotel has went downhill and very trashy. If you could give me a discount or preferably a refund this would help make the experience I had a little better because this was not a good sleep or comfortable experience.

Never again!!!!

Room was dirty and had a weird smell. Have no clue when the last time it was cleaned, even on the outside of the door and hallway floors. One lamp light flickered and the plug didn't work to charge my phone. AC kept just kicking off randomly. Pool had a weird film on top of water. Luckily we were only there long enough to sleep. Will never stay here again!!!

The outside property looked rundown. The elevator had a 6 inch drop from the fourth floor, which did not seem safe. The pool was too cold to swim in and it had a white film on the top of the water. The bedrooms and beds were nice. However, the bathroom light switch was broken and was only stocked with just one half roll of toilet paper.

It was a very nice place for the price. They need to figure out a way to warm the pool up a little a little more customer service. I couldn’t get a cup of coffee. I asked the young lady at the desk. She couldn’t tell me anything about the area or anything was I feel like that’s one thing they really really need to get updated on you need to know what’s going on around you Our room had a smell. It wasn’t overwhelming. I am highly allergic to cats, and I coughed and sneezing, my eyes watered the whole time. I think someone might’ve had a cat in there before we got there.
