Great location. Convenient to many other points of interest.
I didn't like the room I was first assigned. I was to have a room with a view. The first room (221) looked straight as a restaurant and the electronic blinds could not be opened. When I called the front desk, I was told the blinds were inoperable. I was moved to another room which was satisfactory.
Hotels.com advertised our room with "a view" which one side of the hotel faces the city with a river view while the other faces the street with a liquor store. Our view was the liquor store. The hotel said we could not change the room because we booked with hotels.com. Will no longer be using this website as our room description seemed to be purposely deceptive.
Hotel itself was absolutely fine, but the whole reason we chose this hotel, and room specifically was to be able to see the city/river from our room. Very disappointing.
Great, clean, friendly hotel in a great location. The TANK bus system stops right out front so that made it super convenient to travel, especially on game days.
This place was absolutely filthy. I cannot believe the price they charge to stay here. The carpet was so dirty in the room my socks stuck to the carpet. It was the most disgusting thing. The noise from the road is the loudest I have ever experienced in a hotel. I had a noise machine going and you could hear the road over it. I will never stay here and will make sure to let all my friends that travel to Cincinnati to never stay here.
I would have elected excellent on all questions but we didnât get the room we paid for. We were told that since we paid through a third party there was nothing they could do. I paid for a room with a view so the kids could watch the boats on the water but we were given a room on the opposite side. Over all though, the hotel was very clean and comfortable.
