Let's just put it this way with dealing with Expedia and the hotel and everything else that happened to me that day my husband was supposed to propose and ended up not everything that could have gone wrong did I finally got through to a manager at Expedia she was very rude hateful and judgmental as if to say I was too broke to afford the luxuries in life anyway so after that we went home we did not even stay the whole night

This place sucked.

The room we got was in horrible shape… ceramic tile on the floor was sharp with no transition to hide it. The bed was uncomfortable. Countertop was cracked and being held up by 2X4’s toilet paper holder coming out the wall, bathroom door was coming off. Bathroom light switch was broken. A/C unit was installed with bricks holding it up… I would never book another Days inn again…

Disappoonting stay

The property is run down, pool had green water and nasty...not setup, everything looked unkempt, ice machines, floors dirty in stairwells, no elevator, no tissues in room, toilet only flushes small amount of water and have to wait for water to refill before using again, air conditioner very old, lobby looked liked they were trying to remodel, but shoddy looking work, and overall just not a good place to feel comfortable. Cheap but would not stay again.

Our room had garbage left in the garbage Can . the bed was not made? There was no elevator there was no hot water to take a shower. And the noise from the highway. You heard every truck and car drove by.

We booked this hotel as it was affordable and a 15-min drive from Newport on the Levee. All the staff members were super friendly and helpful. Lobby area is large and open. Room was clean and comfortable, and the first hotel I've stayed in that offered Dove soap products instead of the usual cheap stuff that leaves your hands feeling weird afterwards. Something to note though is that there is no elevator, so if you have trouble with stairs, you'll want to request a room on the main floor. Overall, zero complaints and we will definitely stay here again!

The rooms are very outdated and falling apart. There was tape on the walls and the blinds did not close all the way. The front staff was not helpful. I was told they had a crib for us when we checked in but then was given only the mat for a pack n play. When I asked where the rest of it was, the front desk person could not find it. When we checked out and asked for a receipt, we were given a generic paper with no costs listed on it, just our names and dates of our stay. The only good thing about the hotel was it was cheap and close to the ball park.

Ridiculously sad

Nothing was available in room. No toiletries no napkins, paper towels, ice bucket. Absolutely nothing in room. No lamps no available plug outlets or charging ports. Remotes controls did not work and found bedbugs. Floor was filthy and sticky. Jet tub was rusted beyond use. Kitchen Cabinets were nasty filthy and kichen was sink also rusted. Drapes would. It stay shut and a huge gaps in window ac unit that looked straight out onto the main road.

Unexpected surprises.

The front desk person when we got to the hotel was rude. He had said there was a $100 dollar fee up front, to which we did not know about until we got there. When I asked him what it was for, he was rude about giving me an answer. "Said that the reason there is that charge is because people have left the rooms in such a mess that the hotel needs to charge that amount for safe deposit." When we left the person at the desk was much nicer. But did not ask us how our stay was. There was no elevator only stairs. The breakfast was very minimal cereal, some muffins, toast and a waffle maker.

Our stay was adequate for the price. Pool was still closed and building felt dirty. Front desk attendant was missing when we arrived. We had to wait about 20 minutes for him to show up. We will not choose to stay here again. Even children noticed it was below average.

This property needs to be totally renovated or torn down. It was in total disrepair. Lights in the bathroom did not work. Drapes were barely hanging on and must have been from the 70s. Exposed wood was used to prop up the vanity. Holes in the walls. Counter top cracked in several places. AC/Heat unit was out dated and was difficult to operate. Property was not landscaped. Parking lot was in disrepair. Lobby was in deplorable condition. Breakfast was horrible. Fountain machines were out of service.
