Room smelled slightly of cat urine (they do allow dogs). Other guests were very loud at night (10pm-12:30am) yelling in the halls. Staff did not seem to care. Housekeeping never came in to clean while we were out the second day even though we informed them it was ok to and we needed towels etc. Night staff said we could check out an hour late at noon. When I confirmed in the morning they said no we had to be out at 11am. I explained to them what nights said and they said it didn't matter. I definitely would not stay there again.

Didn't like where we had to pay for parking, cost atleast 100 for just 2 nights stay. Our shower had to be fixed, no hot water, My sisters room, Shower was putting out hot and cold water, off and on, They came back from Bengals game, shower was tore apart, Had to call them, gave Sister 8th floor room, She has a bad knee and cast from surgery on wrist. Could've been better, really not liking the paying for parking.

Staff was amazing! Very helpful and friendly! The views from the room were spectacular! Breakfast was a little hectic…..the food ran out several times. The chefs making omelets were superb. The 2 room suite appearance was a disappointment considering we paid a lot of money for it….everything looked very worn….the sheets had staining, the couch had a hole, the faux leather ottoman was shedding…. It seems like the hotel just needs an overall upgrade.

Checkin in the app was a little more complicated than I expected, probably because I booked through Expedia and the hotel needed additional info. Front desk staff was friendly and provided information about the evening mixer and available breakfast. The room was exactly what we wanted: a nice seating area in front but a view of the river from the bedroom.

We get there to check in at 4:05 and were told our room wasn’t ready and it would be 30 min. At 5 someone finally came to get us so we could check in. Keycards did not work for most of one day and was told there was nothing that could be done. I asked for towels and an extra blanket no less than 6 times and never received any!

Lobby area and bar are nice. A little awkward with the lobby being on the 3rd floor from the street but nice none the less. Big open air lobby area with a wrap around bar. You get two free drink tickets for a happy hour held every evening. Room was very outdated and could use an upgrade. Stains all over the walls in the bathroom and several access panels cut in ceiling and walls from previous work. The room was hot and despite multiple tries the ac would not kick on. This hotel is just ok if your just looking for a place to stay one night and it's good walking distance to several bars and restaraunt and bengals and reds game.

I love the location, close to the sport venues and live the view from the room. Breakfast was good, the bar was good. Missing a cafe for the non drinkers. Onsite Starbucks or Dunkin donuts etc would be amazing.
