We were not able to make the trip due to a family emergency the day of the stay. Called to cancel no one answered, left message, no one called back. Saw my card was charged and we were not in town. I find this ridiculous and sad for a company to do this. I tried to contact Expedia with no luck also. I may take further action if something doesn’t get resolved.

Room type issue

Requested and paid for handicapped room. When we arrived it was not available. Manager gave us an adjoining room at no extra charge as we needed 2 beds. He went out of his way to keep us happy.
