Cleaning staff was noisy, standing next to each other yelling back and forth constantly…was ridiculous. Otherwise, stay was great and front desk was friendly. Parking is pretty tight, especially Labor Day weekend.

I brought my youngest daughter, her sister and a couple of her friends to stay for her 16th birthday! We had an amazing time. The girls loved the pool and the room (suite) had plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable! Loved how close we were to Newport on the Levy!

The hotel was fine, the room was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel location is a bit unsafe for vehicle access and egress located on an uncontrolled corner of a busy two lane road.

Overall property was nice, clean and well kept. Customer service was friendly. But the area is not convenient at all. Please also be aware that there is no river view at this hotel. Only parking lot views. If you're heading there for a quick stay and are renting a car, it will be a good stay. But if you are relying on transportation, I would highly recommend staying somewhere closer like Newport or in Cincinnati.

We stayed in a suite that was advertised as having a river view. Although our view was somewhat obstructed, we could see part of the river, but mostly the bridge. The suite itself was very nice, and everything we had requested in advance—such as extra coffee, pillows, and sugar—was provided in our room. Breakfast was fairly basic but tasty, featuring bacon, cheese omelets, and potatoes. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

The breakfast was delicious from the biscuits and sausage gravy to the warm cinnamon rolls. The breakfast area was also constantly cleaned. I will stay here again the next time I’m in Cincinnati.
