This is a great hotel for the price. The room was comfortable and clean. TV, microwave, fridge, bathroom all worked and were clean. Very good breakfast area and pool area compared to similarly priced options. Free breakfast had hand cooked eggs and sausages, yogurt, danish, etc. Breakfast was definitely above average at price point. Daily room cleaning upon request. Staff were all friendly and helpful. It was pretty noisy inside. Could hear any activity in hallway. It is not within walking distance of much of anything, but within easy driving distance of food, gas, etc. Lots of people smoking near all the entrances, but rooms are non smoking. Will definitely use again.

We stayed here while in town for a family reunion. From the time Imani checked us in, we were impressed with the service and cleanliness of the hotel. Housekeeping was by request and all the housekeeping staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was on the 2nd floor in a nice open area with a lot of seating. Staff was pleasant there as well. They had scrambled eggs and sausage for the hot food, as well as all the regular breakfast items. We would stay here again. They had a very nice pool which we did not get a chance to use, but we saw it was enjoyed by many families. The laundry and fitness rooms were good. We would stay here again if we come to the area.

A good price for what you got the pictures are a little outdated, but overall the place is clean. The breakfast was ok.The pancake machine was broke two days in a row maybe even longer I only stayed there for two nights. I would stay there again

Wonderful Hotel

The hotel was absolutely beautiful! Can not wait to stay there again. We were there for a business trip and stayed 5 days...So Comfortable, very clean and the staff was very nice. I wont stay anywhere else the next time we visit Cincinnati!

Canceled Reservation on Our Arrival Date-Stranded

We booked our travel to pay for it at the hotel which allowed us to cancel if the event we were going for also got cancelled. It did not so we thought we were all set. Arriving at the location, the desk clerk told us our reservation had been cancelled because we hadn't paid for it by 4 PM. Check in doesn't start until 3 PM so apparently, you have an hour to arrive or you are stranded with no place to stay. The clerk said they had tried to call but were not required to leave a message. She said the hotel was fully booked and there was nothing she could do. She tried to turn us away with no place to stay. When I panicked and got angry, she talked to someone in the back office and reinstated our cancelled reservation. This was unnecessary panic and stress that the hotel purposefully imposed on us. I would recommend that you avoid all LivINN hotels as their policies are in no way customer friendly. The facility was okay with a few exceptions. There was so much condensation in our room that the bedding and all our clothes were damp. Putting on wet clothes was unpleasant. The pool water is so cloudy that you can't see the bottom of the pool. The fire pit by the pool didn't work.

I actually reserved the room for my grand-daughter's 11th birthday. She invited 5 friends to stay overnight with her all 11 or 12 years old, and two of her cousins for swimming only. I was questioned regarding how many people would be in the room, and was told the maximum is four, but they allowed my daughter to stay as she is 30 years old and also the responsible adult. My daughter informed me that she was harassed by hotel management and staff. They did not want her to be in the pool area with the children she was responsible for without a pass although she was not swimming she was the responsible adult. I will not recommend this hotel, and it was not one of the most clean or luxurious hotels I have seen. I personally will never stay there because of the lack of cleanliness and rudeness of management towards my daughter.
