The bathroom was filthy. It was late when I arrived, so I just cleaned it myself rather than request another room. There were whisker clippings all over the sink, hair in the shower, and residual poop on the toilet seat. Breakfast was only begals and 2 kinds of cereal--nothing hot, no fresh fruit, no yogurt. Room was quite small. Area was fine and had lots of places to eat.

We got in late and there was a lot of people in lobby. Our room was right next to it so it was loud even later. The biggest issue was our bathroom was broken and locked. We were not informed therfore we had to use the hall bathroom next door. In the morning when we asked about the lack of bathroom, the staff was confused at first but then only sort of apologized. We were not offered any type of compensation.

Upon entrance to the hotel, you could smell the mildew. Although the front desk area was clean, the over took the cleanliness. It was late when we arrived, so I just went to bed. Beds has clean sheets and floors were swept. Staying only overnight, I wanted to shower in the morning. I inspected the to tub to find that it was filthy. I took a washcloth and scrubbed some dirty off the wall just to notice a patch of black mold on the hand rail. I also notice black mold on the wall. My duaghter nearly pucked. We quickly checked out and went to our next destination. We will never stay there again.

I never got to check in the guy behind the desk wouldn't allow me to check in till after 430 pm for some reason and when I called to confirm at 430 they said they didn't know what I was talking about check in. After 430 pm so I just left it alone now I'm bring that to light
