Not a bad property but not good either. The place is dated and needs a refresh bad. The bathroom (shower/toilet) exhaust fan and vent did not work and thus the water condensation was awful every shower. The wall plugs are worn out and don’t hold your charging blocks for your devices in.

Expected higher quality from Radisson

I was very disappointed. It was over priced. The electrical outlets did not work. Therefore, I could not charge my phone to retrieve my concert tickets. The mattress had an infestation on the lower edge, cigarette holes in the curtains, the iron did not work, and the chair in the room was torn.

Customer service great. Room was mediocre.

The customer service we received from the front desk was the main highlight of the visit. They were accommodating and happily assisted our stay. The state of the room had some flaws. The most apparent one was the smell as you entered the room. It was not a clean smell, but rather old. It was either the air conditioner or the refrigerator that rumble at various times. Four of the two lamps were not working in the room. The water faucets were loud and squeaky to turn on. The toilet was loud when flushing. I believe the odd smell in the room was coming from the carpet as it had stains throughout it. The food that we ordered for breakfast was very good and plentiful. However, we placed our order on the door before 12AM for a 730 delivery. We called at 8:15 as we had not received our food yet. We were transferred to the restaurant where it rang and picked up but then disconnected. We found out that our order had not been placed but they were very quick in getting an order to us. The room did not have any writing utensils or notepad as most hotels have. We had to call down to the front desk to have someone bring us up a pen in order to place our breakfast order. The restaurant on the 18th floor seemed appealing. I wish we had planned better and made time to visit it for dinner.

While the property is obviously dated, the hotel is suitable, rooms are good sized and the gym was well equipped. Every member of the front desk staff was professional and courteous. I will definitely keep this hotel in mind for my next visit.

It's a Big NO for me!

If you are just needing a place to lay your head this is a POSSIBLE option. This is an older building and the amenities need upgraded asap. The place not only looks old bur smells old. My AC UNIT LEAKED WATER INSIDE ON THE CARPET WHEN TURNED ON. THERE WERE NO CURTAINS SO EVERY MORNING YOU WERE WAKEN BY THE SUN RISING. THE BEDDINGWAS DIRTY, PILLOWS WERE FLAT and the refrigerator leaked also. This place is not my cup of tea and i will not be back nor recommending this hotel to anyone.

I’ve ask for my money back soon as I get there and goes to the room it was so nasty then had a plastic bag in the detector they had roaches stinks so bad the bedding was so gross I didn’t stay I left I feel like they should test that place down and rebuild it I want my refund back now no one should feel like that in that nastie place I felt like I was outside in abandon building ugh the carpet shower toliet everything about that place was nastie
