No shuttle service from the airport, the pool was closed, and there was no notice of that on the website. The first room they assigned me the desk, broke right away, the second room they switched me to wasn’t very clean. Just overall not very satisfied with this property at all. Won’t be back

Man, this place really looked old. From the sinks that look like they needed to be replaced to the shower head that looked old and rusty. The staff was nice, the bar was decent, but it looked more like the Radisson than the Radisson.

A 3 because the room had no heat in November, 30 degrees overnight--it seems to be a way for hotels to cut costs to limit the heat--just enough so it isn't technically "off" but no ability to increase the heat or adjust....nothing and I never heard the heat unit kick on once, so was chilly I had to bundle up walking around my room in the morning, the staff was GREAT very attentive and kind, they brought up pillows right away when we asked for them, we received the room we paid for with the river view and King size bed with balcony--hotel is nice but can tell it had it's haydey in the 70s or 80s, stucco walls which you can not clean in a bathroom so doesn't give you that "clean" feeling, missing bricks in the driveway, comforter was tattered and we had to pay $10/night for parking which is just a money grab...

We had to switch rooms three times due to the overwhelming smell of smoke. We got to our third room very late at night and it smelled bad of weed that we had to go to the store and buy a deodorizer to even manage the smell. Everything was very very old, rust stains on anything that was metal.

Good location close to Cincinnati. Cheap self parking & lots of spaces available. Room was big & comfy, had microwave and fridge. Clean but just not been upgraded in a while. There was a lot of street noise and noise from other hotel guests in the middle of the might outside our room.

There is a $10.00 per day parking fee, not a bad price, but NOONE would park there unless they were a guest of the hotel. The only places within walking distance are fast food restaurants. The matress and pillows were the worst of any I've ever slept on. Only positive, the view of the Cincinnati skyline.

The room was clean, other than a stain on the sheet. I brought to thier attention the next morning. They never came in and changed it. The bar was good and the food fantastic. Also, there was coffee in the room (pods) but wanted a bigger, hotter coffee for our walk across the river. They wanted $3.00 for a cup of coffee.

Pool was closed for renovations. We chose the hotel mainly for access to a pool and were not.notified that it was closed. Bar was scheduled to beopen until 10 pm on Sunday night but was closed before 8:30. Staff was very polite. Shout out to Phyllis the bartender she was a hoot.
