The staff were not helpful at all the room was nasty there was roaches crawling around everywhere the beds were all stained and there was bed bugs and when I got there they didn't have the room that I was served so I got stuck in a different room all in all that is an awful place to stay

The clerk was on the phone when I came to check in and I had to stand there for quite a while before he was able to assist. He was pleasant and polite. Once we checked in we were given no direction to our room and it took a bit to figure out where it was. The walk way was full of trash and smelled of urine. I booked a non smoking room, but once we got in side, it reeked of cigarette smoke. The room was shabby, dirty, and the bedding was stained and dirty. The smoke detector was beeping and the heat barely worked. We ended up leaving after 10 minutes. That red roof is nasty.

Well the first room that they put us in was dirty and the bad the springs were poking out of the mattress. So next day we got another room was clean and fine. But that first night I cannot believe that they put a person in a room that nasty.
