Great proximity. The Valet stand was a bit disorganized, but when we got help, they did hustle to get our vehicle. Would appreciate if the valets would ask patrons to move out of the doorway-simple common sense, but seemed to be lacking.

This property is definitely historic. Not much is updated but it’s great & clean. I didn’t like that their latest check in is 1pm. Most hotels have flexibility for a 4-6pm check out. I was in one just last weekend. Lastly, the guy that worked the night shift and checked us in was amazing. The valets were amazing, even the cleaning staff were great. However, there was an afternoon lady at the front desk that needs some help with service training. She was rude when we were checking out and basically told us “you have to get your luggage and go right now” literally exactly like that when we were asking about late check out the day after. I’ll never stay here again tbh. But kudos to the rest of the staff that paid attention in customer service classes

Room was no where close to the pictures. Bar and restaurant were closed the majority of the time. For the price it was ok(ish), but would never stay there again. The only real positive was the location. The staff were nice and helpful.
