I booked a room through Expedia. When I arrived at the location, it was locked. I was never given a code or any special instructions about this hotel. I tried sending an email, since my cell reception was not working (American carrier). Anyways. I gave up hope and just booked another hotel because I didn’t want to be waiting out in the sun with my luggage in hopes that maybe someone would get back to me. Eventually someone replied to my email around 7pm. Apparently they don’t think it’s their responsibility to inform customers that they need a code to enter the building ( it is.) anyhow. I lost $250 because there are no refunds. If you stay here, you have to request a code to get in.
