High speed wifi rooms really clean , room temp amazing and not directly on beds so sleep comfortably, bedding soft and comfy , OMG staff recommended restaurants very very delicious pizza on the corner a must have , in the morning breakfast wasn’t prepared so owner walked us ti a really good cafe and to our surprise he bought us breakfast! I am sooooo happy with their service level was above any expectations and i am definitely going back to this hotel.

Stayed prior to cruise and this is so convenient for the port. Not much selection for breakfast just a few bits but close to other dining places where breakfast can be had and also supermarket if you want to pick anything up. Quite basic accommodation but clean and comfy which is all you need for an overnighter. Would stay again if cruising from Civitavecchia

Hotel Smart Cruise is an excellent place to stay. It was very clean and comfortable. Within walking distance to the Port, dining and shopping. Thomas was great, very friendly and helpful. Luca was also very nice and gave great suggestions for dining!

The hotel was very nice, very clean and great air conditioning. The staff are really amazing. they just need to hire another cleaning lady. They only have one from what I can see and she was running around like crazy trying to get all the rooms cleaned, but she did an amazing job.

Highly recommend for pre and post cruise

Our room was ready 2 hours prior check in. Room has all necessities.. bed is very comfortable and sheets are crispy clean. Just few minutes from cruise ships terminal. Manager is very friendly and helpful.
