The room and food were very good, as were the staff, but everywhere was very cold. The swimming pool was stark, utilitarian and lacked any atmosphere. Walking around the hotel, I was reminded of a student's halls of residence. If you want a specific spa treatement, then it would be great, but if you want somewhere to relax and enjoy a swim, I wouldn't recommend it

Lovely quiet and massive grounds covered in nature and very well kept, the accomodations were lovely and everything whilst on the higher end price wise was worth every penny. Would happily return. Some of the staff really set the hotel apart by being more accomodating than most

We had a wonderful stay. From the moment we checked in the staff were very accommodating. Our room was perfect for what we needed. We enjoyed a couples massage at the spa which was superb. We then relaxed with room service. A wonderful stay and will definitely return.
