As much as I want to leave a good review I simply cannot. If I could upload photos I would. Upon entering the unit we were met with dirty floors and rotted food in the cupboards and the fridge. We brought groceries with us as we were staying for a whole week. I bought bbq and coffee - as the add advertised for a bbq and coffee keirug insite. Also upon entering there were cupboards taped off marked do not use. Fridge marked off do not use. And the door to the basement marked off do not enter. There is someone living in the lower level and the add does not say this. So if you’re looking for a full house stand alone. Do not rent here. I asked for a refund and she refused. She did come and clean the next day but we initially had to sanitize everything before we could put groceries away. I and go to and buy towels and dish towels and soap. Initially. She did come next on day 3 and being a charcoal grill and a coffee maker. Everyday the tenant in the Lower level complained of noise from our unit and told the owner we were partying. We are not partiers. Stressful stay. Stressful neighbours. Owner does not respond regularly. And house is unkept with limitations. Not as advertised.
