The staff was very courteous, but stayed in the back. When we tried to check out, there was no staff available. Very disconcerting. The pillows were awful! (about ½ size). The breakfast was not appealing. The yogurt machine was empty as was some of the juices. I would not return.

Sam at the front desk was wonderful! She got us all checked in and made extra effort to get us a room with a walk-in shower. The room was lovely and the bed was comfy. Having a fridge and microwave in the room was really nice!

The good: the staff was pleasant and kind, the food that was served from breakfast was fine, just limited choices The bad: the mattress was like a hammock, bowed in the middle, was really hard for my wife and I to sleep on without back pain… the walls were so thin we could hear the man in the room next to us snoring all night long so we had to download white noise apps on our phone and turn them up full blast to drown out the snoring person

Front desk staff and breakfast staff are friendly and helpful. Housekeeping support is almost non-existent. We stayed a whole week and nowhere on the website or on hotels.com does it warn the guest that this hotel does not have housekeeping on the weekends. The front desk actually told me this the day after we checked in. That is not industry standard. But aside from that, in the whole week we were there, in spite of me asking daily, our room was cleaned a total of one time. That is unacceptable. Even hotels.com called on our behalf one morning, and even then housekeeping didn't show up until the following day. In spite of the kind staff, I just can't justify spending good money at a property that is so mismanaged that they can't clean their rooms in a timely fashion. I won't be back.
