Too much is too much

We had a great trip and stay, the hotel is amazing friendly staff, and overall a great breakfast Only issue was the pool area as they used way too much chemicals and our eyes were burning, my husband broke out and my daughter turned red We typically stay here for every trip we go on to see Elk,

Comfortable, inexpensive option

This hotel is a solid, inexpensive option. The rooms, though dated, are comfortable. The breakfast buffet area was well appointed with comfortable seating. The food was lacking-the food was cold and not cooked well but there is an automatic pancake maker which was restocked regularly so that made up for deficiencies in the other options.

The most unique feature was the touchless pancake maker at breakfast. No more mess, easy and delicious. The front desk person who checked us in was so helpful answering our many questions about the area. Comfortable beds.

Extremely nice and well maintained hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very clean with Dove care products. The breakfast buffet was very well stocked and the food was good.

Terrible breakfast service

Positives--room was clean Convenient amenities Negatives--breakfast(hot buffet) was a "disaster..timeframe for dining was 7am-10am..at 7:15am they were completely out of all hot food!! We were told they were not "prepared". As a frequent traveler, a hot breakfast determines where I book my stay...this is unacceptable! Will NOT return!
