Poor service. No one there to check in or out. Breakfast was not good. Took over 6 hours to take care of issue in room. Key card kept losing code for the room. Came late at night to "fix" problem.

Bathroom, tub was dirty. When I turned on the hot water to take a shower, brown rusty water poured out of the tub faucet. Breakfast no coffee was prepared, coffeemaker was broken. Eggs and sausages were cold. Will not stay there again.

Not good management...

Stay at confort Inn in middlesburg Cleveland & i was so disappointed The manager's attitude is not good at all & besides he charge me to park my car overnight while staying in thier hotel, & im like what???this is cleveland not NY city, also leave our car parking for only 8 days but he charge me 10 days for 12 dollars a day. Would not recommend this hotel at all, specially with bad manager.

Carpet was stained, Metal was rusted, didn't sleep below the covers. Water leaked everywhere from sink. Worst part was the horrid tissues that were next to the sink. Some form of Orange Mold Growing on top of the tissue box. Staff was very nice and the hotel seemed nice. My room was disgusting.

So / So The room was acceptable. I first noticed the sticker on the mirror was upside down so when I looked up, I can see water damage to the top of the mirror like they had flipped the mirror. The toilet tank was running so I just had to close the door at night. I could smell cigarette smoke throughout the hallways.

When we arrived to check in we were first given a room and when we got up to the room with all of our stuff, the room was not cleaned yet from the previous guests. After my husband went to have them give us a new room, the room was not vacuumed. It was gross.

Staff printed my documents for me using their office printer. Decent breakfast but ended too early for me most days. Overall a good well run hotel. Know that room service must be asked for or you won’t get it. Rooms are nice for the $$. Safe area with lots of gas stations and restaurants nearby. Close to airport.
